Eddie Gudo
Managing Director
Edwin Gudo founded Radio Solutions Pvt Ltd
in 2005, he has strong analytical skills &
business instincts & the ability to manage a
wide variety of activities and staff towards
a common goal. He has over 13 years of
broad-based experience as CEO/Managing
director for Radio Solutions Pvt Ltd. Edwin
has a proven track record for leadership and
organizational abilities for 10 years he took the
management role in the marketing department
ManpacPvt Ltd and PedStock Investments,
He holds a BBA in Marketing, a Higher
National Diploma in Marketing Management
Takudzwa Shumbayawonda
Technical Manager
Takudzwa is responsible for project planning,
implementation, maintenance, and fault
resolution. He holds a Bachelor of Science
degree in mathematics & computer science.
He worked for Fuzzy Electronics Company
then joined Radio Solutions. He has sound
knowledge of LANs and WANs (networking),
ZKTECO systems, DAHUA systems,
TURNSTAR systems, SOFTCON access
control, DSC and IDS alarm systems, ITAS
mantrap systems, Cherrytech mantrap and
interlock systems, Impro access control,
Suprema Access control, Centurion boom
gates and automated gates, RISCO alarms
(lightsys and prosys, ZK and Hikvision
products. Takudzwa has been with the
organization for the last seven years.
Mitchel Saunyama
SHEQ Officer
Mitchel Saunyama is a dedicated and detail
oriented SHEQ Officer who holds a BSc
Degree in Environmental Science and
Technology from Chinhoyi University of
Technology, with over 5 years’ experience in
ensuring workplace Safety, Health,
Environmental compliance and Quality
standards in the field. She has a proven ability
to develop and implement comprehensive
SHEQ Policies, conduct risk assessment and
lead training programs to foster a culture of
continuous improvement and operational
excellence.
Tariro Chandiwana
Sales and Marketing Manager
Tariro is a certified Artisan/Journeyman with
Class 1 in Radio and Electronics Mechanic and
a holder of a National Certificate in Radio &
Television Servicing from Mutare Polytechnic
College. He started his working career a
Technical Support and installation technician
for Safeguard Alarms Pvt Ltd from September
2002 to December 2009 before moving to
Leabridge Technologies as an installation
Team Leader from January 2010 to June
2015. He was then promoted to sales
department from June 2015 until he left in July
2020 and joined Radio Solutions as a Technical
Sales and Support Executive. Mr. Chandiwana
has vast experience in the electronic security
systems design and implementation spanning
over 22 years. He has been with Radio
Solutions for the last fours years.
Washington Magwenzi
Admin, Procurement & Stores Manager
Washington is an experienced Supply chain
and Logistics practitioner with a proven track
record in procurement logistics .He holds Master’s
Degree in Purchasing and Supply Chain
Management, Honours Degree in Logistics and
Transport Management, Executive Certificate in
Logistics and Supply Chain Management,. He is
currently working for Radio Solution and is
responsible for Administration, Stores and
Procurement departments. He is currently
Studying Chartered institute of Purchasing and
Supply (CIPS)
Noah Kuimba
Finance Manager
Noah is a highly skilled professional. He has
worked for various organizations and has
vast experience in both private and public
sectors. He is a Chartered Accounted trained
with EY Zimbabwe and Registered Public
Account – Zimbabwe, holder of Degree in
Accounting with National University of
Science and Technology. He is a member of
ICAZand IIA-Zimbabwe. He is responsible for
superintending the Finance department,
management of working capital, treasury
management, oversight of financial internal
controls and coordination of al financial
audits and Preparation and review of financial
statements.
